A.R.E.P.A. is a non profit-making
association governed by the 1901 Act.
A.R.E.P.A. was
founded in 1964 on the initiative of the Social Affairs Department of the
Société Centrale Immobilière de la Caisse des
Dépôts (S.C.I.C.).
In 2002, it manages 67 establishments,
accommodating 4 ,500 elderly people
who are cared for by a staff of 1 ,200. With an operating budget of 70
million euro.
